Ron Langley is the CEO of the Real Estate Services Team. Ron started the company in 1994 with an initial focus on residential and commercial inspections and engineering services. After a number of years of seeing cause and effect situations over and over and understanding the critical issues with the building envelope, indoor air quality issues, and moisture intrusion he developed a building forensics division and a building science division. Later he added a training division to train and coach builders, architects, realtors, mechanical contractors, and indoor air quality professionals.
